A family favorite. With a new renovation in the works, the family of this cottage house knew that an outdoor renovation was needed as well.  The initial on site meeting exposed a number of challenges including, grading, and working with existing trees to met the families needs. 

 

One goal was to provide as much sod as possible.  To achieve this, we needed to fix the grade with retaining walls.  The drastic existing slope just didn't allow for any play time for the kids.  A family lounge area with a firepit invite the parents and friends to hangout and enjoy the awe-striking evenings as the kids play while the low maintenance plantings leave this renovated outdoor space elegant and and complete.
